Sara began her career in 2004 in the gulf region, middle east and since arrival to Canada in 2006, has progressively developed her unique career path in management consultancy. Her work in digital transformation and workforce upskilling programs since 2012 have gained her recognition for her innovative approach to talent management and organizational learning. She has since worked with numerous startups and SMEs, crafting tailored strategies that align with their unique visions and market demands to ensure a sustainable scale strategy.
